What we collect
When you register we collect your name, photo, location, profession/business details, optional social links, and private contact details (mobile, WhatsApp, email, address, pincode, date of birth).
What is public
Only your public profile is shown in the directory after approval: name, photo, country/state/city, native place, bio, profession, company, job title, business category, website and description. Social links appear only if you turn on that option.
What stays private
Your phone, WhatsApp, email, address, pincode and date of birth are never displayed publicly or shared with other members. They are visible only to community administrators for verification and communication.
Contact requests
When someone uses "Contact Member", their message is stored and forwarded to you by the community team. Your details are not revealed to the requester.
Approval & control
Profiles are reviewed before publication. You can ask us at any time to update, hide or delete your profile by using the contact page.
Security
Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with access rules that expose only public fields to visitors. Photos are stored privately and served through the website.
Cookies & analytics
We use only essential browser storage needed to run the site. No advertising trackers are used.
